Food handler training is optional in most areas of Alaska and this course provides excellent food worker training to teach the important principles of food safety to food handlers. Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card - Online Training
This course has been approved by the Municipality of Anchorage Public Health.
The Municipality of Anchorage Certified Food Work Card is being accepted on most locations statewide and, that it the responsibility of the card holder to verify acceptance outside of the geographic boundaries of the Municipality of Anchorage.
All food workers in the Municipality of Anchorage are required to obtain a Food Worker Card within 30 days of hire. Upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you will be able to download and print your Food Worker Card. Your Anchorage Food Worker Card is, valid for 3 years.
