Our Food Handlers Certification Course is state specific and currently offered in both English and Spanish. Choose your state and language during the checkout process.
A “food handler” or “food employee” means an individual working with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food-contact surfaces. “Food employee” or “food handler” does not include unpaid volunteers in a food establishment, whether permanent or temporary. The implementation date and type of food handler training needed is determined by the type of food service establishment, “restaurant” or non-restaurant.
This program is required in many states and in many cases must be obtain within 30 days of employment. Our course is designed to provide the knowledge required to understand serving safe food and behaviors associated with preventing food borne illness.

ANSI -CFP Food Safety Manager Certification
The My Food Service License Certified Food Protection Manager course provides food safety training,exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will earn the nationally accredited International Certified Food Protection Manager Certification issued by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals upon passing the proctored exam with a score of 75% or higher. This program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.

State and Country licenses require an accredited program such as ours in order to obtain your state our country license. A proctored exam is required and provided through Pearson Vue testing centers. Upon completion of the course you will receive the proof of hours form, certification of course completion, State or City paperwork as well as the examination pass certificate once you take the proctored exam and you score a 75% or higher on the exam. These documents should be presented to your State or local regulatory authority to obtain any additional licenses

The online course provides allergen awareness for your entire staff. In this course, you will learn current information on what causes an allergic reaction, the main food allergens, how to communicate with customers who have food allergies, and how to assure customers’ allergen needs are communicated within the operation from the initial order to the serving process. Also covered is cross-contact and how to avoid it, and what to do when an allergy reaction or attack happens. Allergen Awareness was designed to be highly flexible, allowing the student to train on their schedule.
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will earn a certificate that is valid for three years. Certificates are watermarked, and at the end of the course are available immediately to print. And with Certificate Verification on our website, regulators or employers can quickly validate your certificate to confirm the student holds a current certificate.
