The Texas Food Handler Training Course is required by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
The Texas Department of State Health Services requires all food handlers to obtain knowledge about food safety and sanitation. The Texas Food Handler Training Course does just that. In just about 1.5-2 hours the food handler is trained and will receive a downloadable certificate and handler card.
My Food Service License provides online food handler training. Food handler training is optional in most areas of Texas and this course provides excellent food worker training to teach the important principles of food safety to food handlers. A food handler is defined by law as a person who works in a food facility and performs any duties that involve the preparation, storage or service of food in a food facility. This program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) against the ASTM standard.

The My Food Service License Texas Certified Food Protection Manager course provides food safety training,exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will earn the nationally accredited International Certified Food Protection Manager Certification issued by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals upon passing the proctored exam with a score of 75% or higher. Our certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience.
