The My Food Service License Hawaii Certified Food Protection Manager course provides food safety training,exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will earn the nationally accredited International Certified Food Protection Manager Certification issued by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals upon passing the proctored exam with a score of 75% or higher. Our certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. My Food Service License provides online food handler training. Food handler training is optional in most areas of and this course provides excellent food worker training to teach the important principles of food safety to food handlers. This training is a general food handler course. .
This course takes approximately one hour to complete and, upon successful completion, provides a printable food handler certificate. This certificate is good for up to five years.
State Requirements: Person in charge must demonstrate knowledge.
Food Protection Manager: Although certification is not mandatory, Food Protection Managers must demonstrate knowledge. Passing an accredited Food Safety Manager certification exam is one way to meet the requirement.
Food Handlers: Required
Manager Training Hours: Recommended but not required.
Food Handler Course: Required.
Food Manager Certification and Food Handler Certificate Renewal: Every 5 years.
